Happy

We had a really nice Christmas! Christmas Eve we all met at Dana's to eat and exchange gifts.
I've eaten way too much food this weekend. Lobster stuffed mushroom caps, scallops wrapped in bacon, finger rolls, pumpkin pie, fudge, cookies, banana bread......I could go on and on. So many people were intent on sabotaging my diet. They delivered plates of goodies and I politely ate everything. Gluttony at it's finest. Mix in some Sloth and you've got a receipe for one very sinful Queen.

Oh but it was worth it! There's always tomorrow for dieting.

Christmas was pretty much the same except for the addition of Tammy. I'm so happy that I was able to meet her through Blogger, introduce her to my brother, and make a perfect match!
Yesterday after dinner I was saying goodbye to Dana and he gave me a hug said "Thanks for everything, Kath.......Especially Tammy."

One of my favorite gifts was a picture of him that she took and had framed. I thought it was really thoughtful and the perfect gift under the circumstances.

I can't describe all of my feelings right now but to sum it all up in one word: happy
