It's been awhile

I haven't purposely been hiding out. I have been right out straight with busyness.

Earl and Debbie have moved in. It's a done deal. It is working out really well so far. Debbie and I are warming up to each other as well. We had an awesome BBQ on Sat night and way too much to drink. Things between Earl and I are good. It's not as painful as I would have imagined. As a matter of fact it's not painful at all. Maybe I am finally over him in that way.

Dana was over on Sat too and it was a complete fiasco. He got along great with Earl but he was bored and was very much like his old self. I am seeing that we are not meant to be friends and I am no longer interested in a romantic relationship. I haven't completely broke it off but it is going in that direction. I tried. I really did and we had a coupld of great days but it just wasn't enough to sustain a friendship.

My cell phone was shut off on Sat morning. I was pissed. I had an arrangement with USCellular, so I called them up. They turned it back on but did inform me that the entire amount of the bill is due by June 13 or they will suspend my service. If it stays off for more than 2 weeks, they will cancel it and charge me $150 cancellation fee, per phone. 4 phones = $600. Yeah, on top of the original bill. I had a bit of a meltdown on Sat and that is part of why things with Dana aren't working out. When I talked to him about it he acted like I was only hinting around for him to give me money. I screamed my explanation that I thought we were friends and I only needed to TALK about it, not swindle money out of him. *long frustrated sigh* then excusing myself to the bathroom so I could secretly bawl my head off.

Anyways, cell phone problem is solved. My mom is rescuing me. It's really not my fault other than trusting my idiot brother. Mom and I agreed to split his cost. She covered the whole thing so it will be paid in time and I will pay her back. She is giving me the old "don't worry about it" routine but she shouldn't have to pay for his idiocy either. I called him on Sat and demanded money too. Really quite funny, considering he doesn't even have a job right now and hasn't for over a month.

Monday was a great day. I slept in the hammock for about an hour and a half. My doggers were napping under it and Fluffy was under the chaise longer. Did I mention that I have gained custody of my brother's dog? Well I did. I demanded it. He was leaving her with his sis in law and the sis in law was leaving her outside all day unhooked while she worked. I explained why Stormy was better with her Auntie Tammy and he actually didn't fight me on it. My mother was pleased to see her acting like a normal dog last night. When she is with my bro she is obsessive/compulsive and he encourages that. She does prefer Sarah over the rest of us but isn't retarded about it. I did end up with a sunburn from my nap but it's not too bad.

I will be around to check up on you guys. The only blog I manage to visit every day is Fly's because I can't get enough of her adorable baby butterfly, but I'll be stopping in to visit all of you eventually.

This was taken last year but that is the dress I am wearing today. I love that it is finally warm enough to drag out my summer duds.
